Hi, I'm Fadilah.

Growing up Personal Development, Health, and Physical Education (PDHPE) was my least favourite subject. I dreaded it because it highlighted all of my insecurities and left me feeling like movement and fitness just weren’t for me. Fast forward to May 2022 and I had a major depressive episode that changed my life forever. Daily movement was one of the first strategies I implemented to help regulate my mood. I got really consistent because moving was one of the few things that helped.

The result? I saw progress like never before.

Now, I'm a beginner calisthenics athlete studying to become a PDHPE teacher.

Movement 4 Me was born from the desire to reach beyond a classroom on my mission to support others in becoming their healthiest, best selves. It is the fusion of my two passions: being active and helping others.
